“Sergio” hosts a brand new line of exciting, educational and informative episodes featuring local skippers, guides and experts in their various fields.  Angler Chronicles brings to its viewers the very best wide open sportfishing action the west has to offer with both fresh and saltwater fishing including Southern California, Mexico, British Columbia and Alaska. 

Joining Sergio each week is the Angler Chronicles Fishing Schools Director, Ron Hobbs, and all instructors including Ben Secrest.  Sergio and crew are an accomplished team with decades of experience in both salt and freshwater venues.  Angler education and exciting bent rod action continue to be Sergio’s goal as host and executive producer of Angler Chronicles.

Angler Chronicles Television is produced by eleven time Telly Award winning television producer Danny Jackson.  Danny has more than two decades of experience producing for The Outdoor Channel, FOX Sports West and now Bally Sports West Television.

Award winning outdoor videographer and expert aerial cinematographer, John Senften, has now joined the Angler Chronicles television crew adding a whole new level of creativity helping to garner more Telly Awards for broadcast excellence in the Cable Television Industry.

Angler Chronicles strives to bring only wholesome family entertainment to your television screen.  Seen on Bally Sports West Television as well satellite feeds throughout north America in stunning high definition.

The mighty Umpqua River in southwest Oregon is a world renowned fishery for Steelhead, Silver and Chinook “King” Salmon and even Sturgeon.  And the Umpqua River Loop is famous for its incredible smallmouth bass fishing.

Join Sergio and the Angler Chronicles crew along with Brant McGlothlin and his Carne De Theresa crew  as they explore the “Gem of the West Coast,” the Umpqua River, fishing out of the Big K Guest Ranch and Outfitters near Elkton, Oregon, for the best smallmouth bass fishing imaginable.

The Umpqua River Loop supports large quantities of smallmouth with an estimated 4,000 fish per mile.  You have to see it to believe it and that we did!

Angler Chronicles award winning cinematographer, John Senften, captures the majestic beauty of the Umpqua River as well as the entire Big K Guest Ranch in southwest Oregon.
